Canceling Your ZCNet WebHosting Account

In the event that you need to cancel your ZCNet account, please follow these steps.

Make certain that you want to cancel your server before sending us a cancellation notice. Once your server is cancelled, there is a $40 fee to reinstate your virtual server once it has been terminated.

Fax a signed letter to (760) 787-5823 with the following information:

The DOMAIN NAME of the server you want to cancel
Your Reseller/Customer ID
The date you would like to stop service
The current password of your virtual server
